The Continuing Education Center for Vocational Education at International Suleiman University follows several internationally accredited study systems to complete the educational process:

Study system for individuals:

The Center for Continuing Education at International Suleiman University employs two learning systems in the study system for individuals (the open education system – the virtual education system). Students wishing to register for programs at any time of the year can enroll and start with the open education system, where the student is able to direct the educational process, transcending the boundaries of place and time. That is, he can receive education at his home or work by granting him an account on the center’s learning management system, which enables him to access reading, audio, and video courses. This only requires the availability of a computer or mobile phone.

As for the virtual education system, it is limited only to specific programs announced by the Center for Continuing Education and the Deanship of Professional Education at the university at specific times of the year. This system is similar to the open education system, but it differs from it in that the student must attend lectures and lessons via video and audio rooms directly with the professor. And colleagues, therefore, he is able to transcend the boundaries of place only because time is linked to the program of attending lectures.

Study system for agents and organizations.

The Center for Continuing Education at International Suleiman University provides the opportunity for direct education in classrooms for students wishing to join the study through agents and organizations previously agreed with the academy. Agents and organizations can also register their students in the open or virtual education system according to their desire.

1- Learning management system

After the student is accepted to study, he is given an account on the center’s education management system, which enables him to access written, visual, and audio courses provided by an elite group of professors and trainers around the world.

After enabling the student to access the education management system, he will review the user manual available in readable form and watch a video, which will enable him to understand how to self-study, develop academically, and acquire personal learning skills.

2- Student information management system:

Immediately after the student registers, the technology and information team at the academy provides the student with an account on the learning management system. After obtaining the account, the student can:

• Communicate with the guidance authority directly

• Communicate directly with the academy administration

• Receive feedback from the mentor professor and course instructors

• View its academic calendar

• View the latest events and events at the academy in general and the program registered in it in particular

• Obtaining a student document electronically (for studying students)

• Obtaining scientific documents after completing the program electronically.
